S.I.F.E.A. S.r.l. supplies a "semi-finished" product that, due to its nature (i.e. cleanliness, presence of oil, scale and etc.), shall be submitted to further finishing processes for which we are not internally equipped. The feasibility of these further operations will be evaluated by S.I.F.E.A. S.r.l. upon the customer's request.

S.I.F.E.A. S.r.l. does not add any additional MARKING on free issued discs/semi-discs supplied by the customer. Any existing marking on the item must be located in a suitable position and will not be transferred on the item independently from its manufacturing operation, unless it is differently requested by the Customer.

S.I.F.E.A. S.r.l. includes in this offer a FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS, based on the capabilities of its equipment (i.e. molds, rolls and etc.), consequently this report should be submitted to your technical staff for approval.

The acceptance of this quotation implies the full approval of all these terms.

S.I.F.E.A. S.r.l. certifies its products and all requested NDTs according to the Manufacturing Standard given by the customer upon the order. If the customer does not give the Standard, S.I.F.E.A. S.r.l. will perform all NDTs according to European regulations.

In its manufacturing processes, S.I.F.E.A. S.r.l. usually applies its own workshop's standard tolerances even if standard tolerances are not given in the offer, unless it is otherwise specified in it. Any eventual specific tolerances expressed by the Customer have to be evaluated and agreed with our Technical and Sales Dpt.

Anything not clearly described and quoted in this offer is excluded.
